Description
This air fryer peach burrata toast is a delicious brunch or snack idea inspired by classic caprese flavors. The creamy burrata cheese melts and the peaches caramelize in the air fryer. In addition to the burrata cheese and fresh peaches, this easy peach recipe idea also features balsamic glaze, basil, and olive oil.
Ingredients

- 1 peach, cut into slices
- 1/4 ball of burrata cheese (or more, depending on your toast size)
- 2 slices of bread
- 6 basil leaves
- Olive oil, drizzle (approximately 1-2 tsp.)
- Balsamic glaze, drizzle (approximately 1-2 tsp.)
- Dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees, with the timer set for 10 minutes.
- Place a piece of Burrata cheese onto the center of each piece of toast.
- Place the peach slices on top of the Burrata cheese.
- Air fry for 10 minutes. Optional: rotate the toast halfway through the cook time.
- Remove the toast from the air fryer, and top with basil leaves, a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze, and a light sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Notes
- This will make two slices of toast, but the recipe can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled to serve more people.
- If you have extra Burrata cheese, consider using it in a peach burrata and tomato caprese salad.
