Description

This is the BEST yogurt fruit dip, and it’s a perfect recipe for a potluck or a snack. This is a super easy fruit dip recipe, only needing three ingredients (and one extra optional ingredient for an additional protein boost). This healthy fruit dip is delicious and pairs well with fruits like strawberry, cantaloupe, and more.


Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz. container Icelandic skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 12 g. pudding mix
  • 5 g. honey
  • 1 scoop (around 11 g.) collagen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes so the pudding mix can fully dissolve and incorporate into the dip.
  3. Serve with your favorite fruits, and enjoy!
