Description
These hot ham and cheese roll ups are an EASY high-protein snack idea! Using only two ingredients, this keto friendly snack can be made in under 10 minutes. These classic hot ham and cheese flavors are perfect a low carb snack.

- 6 deli ham slices
- 6 swiss cheese slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the swiss cheese slices on the pan, leaving space between each slice.
- Bake the swiss cheese slices for 7 minutes, and remove from the the oven.
- Let the cheese slices cool for at least 2 minutes.
- When cooled enough to be handled, place a rolled up ham slices on the edge of each cheese slice.
- Roll up the cheese slice with the ham inside, and enjoy!
Notes
- Salsa and/or ortega sauce are excellent dipping sauces for these roll ups
