Description
This venison taco meat recipe will be a family favorite, and a great staple to add to tacos, enchiladas, nachos, salads, and more!

- 1–1 1/2 lb ground venison
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 C. diced onion
- 3/4 C. Water
Instructions
- Set the instant pot to saute mode and add the oil to the bottom of the pot.
- Start browning the venison, and when it is about half browned, add the diced onions to start cooking those.
- After the meat is browned, add the spices and stir together with the meat mixture.
- Add the water, and scrape the bottom of the instant pot to remove any stuck on debris.
- Set to pressure cook for 5 minutes, and you can quick release when finished.
- Stir the meat mixture and serve!
