These keto pizza roll ups are a quick and delicious protein snack. They only need three ingredients (cheese, pepperonis, and Italian seasoning), and they are ready in under 10 minutes in the oven! This low carb snack idea is such a great way to satisfy a pizza craving.

- 10 mozzarella slices
- 20 pepperoni slices
- Sprinkle of Italian seasoning on all slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a pan with parchment paper, and add cheese slices in rows (if the pan is small, make two batches)
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning lightly onto each cheese slice.
- Place two slices of pepperoni onto the middle of each cheese slice.
- Bake the slices for 6-8 minutes, until the cheese edges are crispy.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the slices cool for at least 2-3 minutes.
- Once the slices are cool enough to handle, roll each slice up and serve with a small side of pizza dipping sauce.
