If you love monster cookies, you will LOVE this monster cookie protein yogurt! This delicious breakfast or snack will taste like you are eating a monster cookie, but you will get a protein boost from the yogurt and powdered peanut butter. This recipe is easy to make ahead for a quick grab-and-go breakfast meal or an easy post-workout or afternoon snack.

- 85 grams greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. rolled oats
- 7 grams chocolate chips
- 10 grams M and Ms
- 10 grams granola
Instructions
- Mix the protein powder, peanut butter powder, and yogurt together until the powder is dissolved and thoroughly mixed in.
- Add the rolled oats and mix well.
- Top with the M and Ms, granola, and chocolate chips. Mix into the yogurt, if desired, or leave on top.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of toppings as needed
- Add honey as an extra sweetener if preferred
- You can substitute Icelandic Skyr for Greek Yogurt to enhance the protein even more
