Raisin Oatmeal Protein Balls (no bake)

Enhanced with protein and healthy ingredients, these raisin oatmeal protein balls are an EASY and DELICIOUS meal prep food. Great for an easy snack or a post workout protein boost, these no-bake raisin oatmeal bites are packed with flavor!


Ingredients

  • 52 grams (1/2 C.) rolled oats
  • 22 grams collagen peptides
  • 1/4 C. cashew butter
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 40 g. (1/4 C.) raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • small pinch or sprinkle of cloves
  • small pinch or sprinkle of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix the collagen, cashew butter, and maple syrup together until a sticky dough forms
  2. Add the spices, and mix well to distribute evenly throughout the dough
  3. Add the oats and raisins, and mix to combine
  4. Break the dough into 8 equal parts
  5. Roll each ball between the palm of your hand to form a condensed and uniform ball shape
  6. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
